Whenever I buy a new vacuum, I put quite a bit of time and effort into researching my options, because I’ve had enough crummy vacuums over the years to know it’s not a decision I should make lightly. (After all, the more I like my vacuum, the more likely I am to use it and use it often!)

I thought I’d put some of my recent research to good use by sharing some of the best vacuums with you in this post. If you’re in the market for a vacuum or are interested in upgrading, consider this a convenient starting point for your search!
The Best Vacuums For Your Home And Budget In 2025

Best Value Vac: BISSELL CleanView Swivel Pet Upright Vacuum Cleaner
Price: $118
This is one of the bestselling vacuums on Amazon, and has been for a while. Between the rave reviews and low price, I simply had to give it a try for myself to find out if it actually lived up to the hype. (This vacuum does go on sale frequently too, so you may be able to get it for even less!)

Personally, I believe the hype is warranted! I was surprised by how powerful the suction felt as soon as I turned the vacuum on, and I was impressed by how easy it was to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles.

For the price, I didn’t expect that this vacuum would have much to offer by way of accessories, but it comes with all the basics! It even includes a pet hair brush that seems every bit as effective (if not more so) than others I’ve used in the past.
Ultimately, I think that if you’re looking for an upright corded vacuum that works well and you don’t want to spend a fortune on it, this is pretty close to an ideal candidate!

Best Cordless For Big Homes: Dyson Outsize+ Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
Price: $599
Dyson vacuums aren’t exactly budget-friendly, but if you have a lot of flooring to keep clean and don’t want to deal with a power cord, the Dyson Outsize+ could be worth the splurge. Thanks to its full-size cleaner head and full-size dust cup, it’s essentially a lightweight cordless vacuum with the with the ability and capacity of a traditional upright model.
The improved battery in this model gives it a run time of 120 minutes, and when you factor in its advanced filtration system and array of useful included accessories, it’s hard to think of anything you could want in a vacuum that the Dyson Outsize+ doesn’t have!

Best Cordless For Quick Cleanup: Tineco A11 Pet Cordless Lightweight Stick Vacuum
Price: $289
If you’re looking for a lightweight cordless vacuum in a more approachable price range, the Tineco A11 Pet deserves a closer look. With a runtime of up to 40 minutes, this model’s battery should give you more than enough time to tackle the floors in a smaller home or apartment.
Like other stick vacuums, you can remove the main tube and power brush to convert it to a handheld vac to clean out cars, vacuum the stairs, and more. The reviews for this vacuum are filled with happy customers, so it’s an option worth considering if you’re looking for a budget-friendly cordless vacuum!

Best Robot: eufy RoboVac 11S
Price: $140
While some robot vacuums cost $500 or more, it’s not impossible to find a good one at an affordable price. In fact, you’ve just found one: the eufy RoboVac 11S. :-)
If the eufy brand doesn’t sound familiar, you may be more familiar with its parent company Anker, which specializes in computer and phone accessories. Their eufy brand offers an array of home security products, smart home solutions, and vacuums like the highly-rated RoboVac 11S.
At just under 3” tall, it’s one of the slimmest robot vacuums on the market, and features quiet operation and plenty of suction. And when the battery is low, this robot vacuum will return to its charging station without you needing to lift a finger.

The Takeaway
Quite honestly, I would be happy to own and use any of these vacuums! But if you’re not picky about features and just want a good vacuum at a good price, you really can’t beat the BISSELL CleanView.
I’ll continue to keep my eye on the latest vacuum models so I can update this post to help keep you in the loop! Because cleaning is already a chore, and if buying a decent vacuum makes it even just a little bit easier, I say that’s money well spent! :-)
