I made a sling by cutting one of the mats you use to keep your oven clean to the size I wanted. It works well and I store it inside the pot.

You can use any oven-safe container in your Instant Pot :-) Many items (spring form pans, especially) tend to be too big to fit inside your IP – but that’s the only issue you’ll run into!
