In reply to Carol L. I got the two pack of sealing rings from Amazon. One is blue and the other is red. I keep the red for sweet things, like cheesecakes. I love that it's so easy to keep it separate.

Just bought an 8 qt today. Some recipes require a trivet. Is that what they call a steamer rack that came with it or is that something different ? Couldn’t find it on accessories list. Thanks.
